Role Overview: As a Financial/Administrative Support Analyst at Saalex, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s government contracting operations. This position blends administrative coordination, human resources assistance, and accounting functions to ensure smooth and compliant business processes. What You'll Do: - You will manage bookkeeping tasks including maintaining accurate financial records and journal entries. - You will process invoices and assist with accounts payable and receivable. - You will support human resources functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits. - You will coordinate administrative activities to streamline office operations and support project teams. - You will assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for government contracts. - You will ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows. - You will handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial administration or accounting support. - Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Strong understanding of government contracting regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
