Role Overview: As a Financial/Administrative Support Analyst at Saalex, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s government contracting operations. This position blends administrative coordination, human resources assistance, and accounting functions to ensure smooth and compliant business processes. What You'll Do: - You will manage bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate journal entries and financial records. - You will process invoices and assist with accounts payable and receivable. - You will support human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. - You will coordinate administrative activities to streamline office operations. - You will assist in preparing financial reports and budget tracking. - You will ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and internal policies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project and contract management. - You will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in financial administration or accounting support. - You possess strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting software. - You have experience with invoice processing and maintaining journal entries. - You demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - You have effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
