You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and visualize data, ensuring accuracy and relevance to meet mission-critical objectives. What You'll Do: - You will collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - You will analyze data trends and patterns to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. - You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. - You will collaborate with software developers and IT specialists to integrate data solutions. - You will support project teams by providing data-driven analysis to guide operational strategies. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis. - You will ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. - You are proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. - You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with Department of Defense or government contracts. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics. - Security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
