Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at Saalex, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and present data that supports mission-critical projects and enhances operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. - You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively. - You will collaborate with software developers and IT specialists to integrate data solutions. - You will support decision-making processes by providing data-driven recommendations. - You will document data analysis processes and methodologies for transparency and reproducibility. - You will stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analytics tools. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. - You are proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. - You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - You possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with Department of Defense or government contracts. - Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
