Job Description: • Driving performance, guiding account teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers • Managing client relationships and guiding digital paid media strategy across various platforms • Supporting a team of strategists and channel experts for global enterprise engagement • Building, managing, and maintaining client relationships • Revenue & retention responsibilities for accounts • Driving overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning • Analyzing performance data and KPIs • Leading expansion into new digital paid media channels • Managing a team to help fulfill and expand client’s marketing programs Requirements: • 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience • Deep familiarity working with eComm and lead generation B2C clients • Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels • Comfortable digging into the weeds of reporting and ability to present best in class measurement strategies specific to your clients needs (familiarity with MTA, MMA, incrementality testing) • Performance marketing specialist but familiar with upper funnel and brand marketing best practices • You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences • You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed • Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem • ‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience • Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce.
