Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, well-packaged orders and that our warehouse operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while also communicating effectively with the team. Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments. • Package and prepare outbound customer orders, including proper boxing, taping, and dunnage use. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. • Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts for material handling. • Use basic computer systems to assist with order processing and communication. • Collaborate with team members through Slack and in daily operations to ensure efficiency. • Support workflow improvements by identifying and communicating potential process enhancements. • Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed, such as supply counts, order picking, or product repacking.
