Who Thrives Here • You’ve got at least 3 years of meeting or event planning experience (pharmaceutical/medical experience is a bonus, not a must). • You live for the details: budgets, logistics, docs, and those magic finishing touches. • People energize you. What You’ll Do • Partner with clients from kickoff to close-out, anticipating their needs and making each project shine. • Lead seamless pharma speaker programs (live, virtual, hybrid), orchestrating every element for a standout experience. • Coordinate all event details including venue, food, AV: bringing the magic in the details that makes events happen. • Apply standard operating procedures and processes to ensure smooth, compliant execution, while welcoming team input to improve our playbook. • Navigate company policies and industry guidelines with integrity, balancing creativity and compliance. • Manage speaker travel logistics: booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation smoothly. • Maintain sharp attention to data accuracy and protect information integrity. • Handle budgets confidently with solid math skills to keep projects compliant and within budget. • Communicate clearly: listening, writing, and connecting with clients, vendors, and teammates to keep everyone aligned. • Be the glue that holds projects together: working fast, solving problems proactively, and fostering teamwork and celebration. Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university • Three plus years of related experience and/or training Ready to Apply?
