The Role: We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed, and strategic Talent Partner to support the next phase of our Talent Team restructuring. You will serve as the primary recruiting partner to three assigned departments, fully owning the hiring strategy, pipelines, and execution for your business units. This role requires someone who excels at understanding the true hiring need behind a role — not just the job description. You’ll lead intake sessions, clarify success criteria, and ensure every search is aligned to both team goals and RYZE’s long-term talent strategy. The ideal candidate brings an exceptional eye for talent, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and contributes innovative ideas that push the Talent function forward. Experience in CPG or DTC is strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Strategic Talent Partnership Lead structured intake meetings with hiring managers to uncover role requirements, key competencies, team dynamics, and success metrics. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights, candidate profiles, and hiring recommendations. Translate business needs into effective search strategies that attract the right talent. Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership Own the full recruitment process for three business units — sourcing, screening, selection, and offer support. Build and maintain strong pipelines using outbound sourcing, creative search strategies, and proactive networking. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and transparent process flow. Talent Assessment & Quality Control Use strong intuition, attention to detail, and structured evaluation to identify high-quality talent. Conduct thorough interviews that assess both skill and culture alignment. Ensure candidate documentation, scorecards, and notes are complete, accurate, and Workday compliant. ATS & Operational Excellence Manage workflows, requisitions, candidate tracking, and hiring processes in Workday (required). Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting, pipeline health, and compliance. Optimize workflows and partner with the Talent Manager on process improvements. Sourcing & Innovation Pilot new sourcing channels, outreach campaigns, and creative methods to attract top-tier talent. Continuously seek ways to scale, improve efficiency, and elevate the Talent function. Collaborate with Sourcers and Coordinators to ensure smooth handoffs and shared visibility. Project Management & Cross-Functional Initiatives Lead recruiting-related projects to support department expansion, process enhancements, and organizational scaling. Drive initiatives from concept to launch with autonomy and accountability. (Other related duties may be assigned.) What We’re Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting in CPG, DTC, eCommerce, food/bev, or high-growth consumer brands (strongly preferred). Expertise with Workday ATS (required) — requisitions, pipelines, and candidate processing. Proven ability to lead intake sessions and translate hiring manager insights into effective hiring strategies. Excellent assessment skills with a sharp eye for talent, detail, and role alignment. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently. Experience recruiting in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities. Creative thinker who contributes ideas, solutions, and innovations to push the Talent function forward.
