About RYZE: The Product Launch Manager leads the end-to-end operational execution of new product launches, guiding initiatives from late-stage development through full commercialization. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this role operates at the critical intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and cross-functional program management. This leader ensures seamless transition from concept to market by aligning manufacturing partners, securing supply chain readiness, and driving cross-functional accountability. The Product Launch Manager is ultimately responsible for delivering launches on time, on budget, and in full compliance with Ryze’s quality, regulatory, and operational standards. The Role: The Product Launch Manager owns the operational execution of new product launches from late-stage development through commercialization. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this role sits at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and cross-functional project management. This role is responsible for managing manufacturing partners, aligning supply chain readiness, and ensuring products launch on time, on budget, and to Ryze’s quality and compliance standards. What You’ll Do Product Launch & Commercialization Lead end-to-end operational execution of new product launches through first production and scale-up. Build and manage detailed launch timelines, identifying risks and critical path items. Coordinate line trials, first production runs, and scale-up with contract manufacturers. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Act as the primary operational contact for manufacturing partners during launches. Align ingredient sourcing, packaging, production scheduling, and logistics. Manage lead times, MOQs, capacity constraints, and launch-related costs. Partner with the Director of Procurement on supplier selection and cost targets. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing to ensure launch readiness. Ensure specs, BOMs, documentation, and forecasts are accurate and complete. Risk Management & Process Improvement Identify and resolve launch risks, delays, and manufacturing issues. Contribute to improving Ryze’s launch and commercialization processes. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in product launch, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing within food, beverage, or dietary supplements. Proven experience commercializing food or supplement products. Strong understanding of contract manufacturing and ingredient/packaging supply chains. Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
