The Role We're looking for a Director of Key Accounts to own and expand RYZE's most strategic retail and distribution relationships. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities within high-value accounts. As a sales leader, you will set the vision, build strategic roadmaps, and ensure flawless execution to meet and exceed sales targets. What You'll Do • Own and manage relationships with RYZE's top retail, distribution, and strategic accounts. • Develop and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue, market share, and profitability. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key buyers, brokers, and retail partners. • Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and joint business agreements to maximize account performance. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver on customer needs and ensure operational excellence. • Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report on account health to senior leadership. • Identify white space opportunities to expand distribution, drive product launches, and capture category growth. • Mentor and guide account managers or sales associates supporting key accounts. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). • 8+ years of sales/account management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or wellness industry. • Proven track record of growing national or regional retail accounts and exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS) and POS analytics to drive insights and strategy. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with entrepreneurial drive. • Leadership experience managing account teams preferred What We Offer • Performance bonus eligibility • Equity opportunity as the company scales • Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible PTO • A fully remote work environment and the chance to build RYZE's retail presence and customer partnerships from the ground up
