Job Description Ryter Cooperative Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Manager to support and oversee daily operational activities. The Operations Manager will ensure efficient coordination between departments, smooth project execution, and adherence to company standards in safety, quality, and performance. This role works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and project teams to implement operational strategies and improve workflows across solar installation and service operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations Oversight – Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals. 2. Team Supervision – Supervise field coordinators, administrative staff, and operational personnel; provide coaching and performance feedback. 3. Project Coordination – Support scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for solar installation and service projects. 4. Process Implementation – Execute operational procedures and workflow improvements established by leadership. 5. Supply & Inventory Control – Monitor materials, equipment, and inventory levels; coordinate procurement and deliveries. 6. Quality Control – Ensure installations and operational outputs meet company standards and customer expectations. 7. Safety Compliance – Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations. 8. Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to maintain timelines and service quality. 9. Reporting & Documentation – Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and maintain accurate records of projects, materials, and staffing. 10. Problem Resolution – Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to minimize delays and inefficiencies. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). · 3–6+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or logistics management. · Experience in solar, construction, energy, or technical field operations strongly preferred. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Proven ability to supervise teams and manage workflows effectively. · Familiarity with scheduling systems, inventory tracking, and operational software tools. · Experience implementing and managing workplace safety practices and compliance requirements. · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · Commitment to sustainability and renewable energy initiatives. · PMP, Project management or 3 years project management experience (Preferred) How to Apply If you are a forward-thinking and dedicated professional passionate about renewable energy and operational excellence, we invite you to submit your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and relevant experience to info@ryterci.com Please include “Operations Manager Application – Ryter Cooperative Industries” in the subject line.
