RYNO is hunting for a Senior Social Media Specialist, a true Unicorn, to report to the Senior Director of Marketing. Forget simple content scheduling; this is a pivotal role where you take FULL ownership of our entire social ecosystem. Your mission is clear: drive strategic development and execution across all platforms to fuel engagement, audience growth, and cultural relevance. Location Note: This role is fully remote, but if you're chilling in the Greater Phoenix Metro area, you get preferred status. (Proximity to good tacos matters.) Who You Are We need a leader who can think like a comedian, creative like a chaotic artist, fluent in what's trending, and is capable of solving all known human problems, preferably before lunchtime. You are the Workflow Wizard: You'll own RYNO’s social media lifecycle, proactively driving innovation by translating platform trends and new tools into effective, brand-aligned campaigns. You are the Meme Maestro & Content Ninja: You can turn a random thought into scroll-stopping content that’s trending and funny, and can post it without causing chaos. Using AI to create cool videos is a HUGE plus! You are the Guardian of Good Taste: You'll ensure our elevated aesthetic is maintained through close collaboration with internal stakeholders. You'll also be the Compliance Czar, safeguarding the brand by maintaining clear policies and workflows. Predict the Future: Proactively drive innovation by translating platform trends, new tools, and best practices into brand-aligned executions before they become mainstream. Data Dragon: Own social reporting and analytics, ensuring data-driven insights are consistently applied to inform both strategic and creative direction. Aesthetic Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all visual and narrative content maintains the brand's distinct, elevated aesthetic and voice. Possess X-Ray Vision for Typos: Your detail-orientation is extreme: you spot misplaced commas and prevent brand-damaging, existential crises before hitting "Publish," because the mere thought of a typo surviving publication will keep you awake at night. The total compensation for this non-exempt, salaried opportunity includes a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors, including role, level, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus. Bonus eligibility is based on performance metrics and company results.
