Overview Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator (pre and post employment programs) – REMOTE The Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator ensures compliance with applicable Federal (FMCSA, DOT); State regulations and Company policies. Serves as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, pre and post employment processes. The Coordinator will provide guidance and policy interpretation, complete complex transactions, and identify, analyze and resolve critical issues with accuracy, accountability and reliability. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment using multiple applications in the management and monitoring of various program transactions. Must have experience ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements. Remote work from home. Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, including pre and post employment processes. Provide guidance, policy interpretation, and manage complex transactions with high accuracy and accountability. Monitor and manage program transactions across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with Federal (FMCSA, DOT) and state regulations and company policies. Skills and Abilities Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and efficiency in responding to written messages. Technological literacy and proficiency with web browsers and basic office software (Outlook, Word). Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions. Strong collaboration, organization, time management, and team-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). Qualifications Associate's degree preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER/LR, etc.) required Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (e.g., processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes) required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). Travel None DOT Regulated None Salary : This role will pay $20 per hour maximum Job Category HR Compliance Compensation Information The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by experience, education, location, market data, internal equity, and other factors. The position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan depending on level and type. Pay type: Hourly. Minimum Pay Range: $20.00. Maximum Pay Range: $20.00.
