Job Description: **REMOTE EAST COAST** Primary Objective: We are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst, Small Parcel to focus on client invoicing in multiple systems. To be successful, the Billing Analyst needs to be detailed-oriented and skilled in learning and working in systems and processes in-depth and with speed as well as adept in problem solving and communication both within and outside the department. The right candidate will have strong experience in billing, small parcel and e-commerce. Additionally, past experience working directly with carriers, and/or understanding of fulfillment operations is desired. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Parcel and e-commerce client billing preparation in multiple systems Precise recording of data in shared tools Assist in e-commerce customer and fulfillment operations support/escalations Work with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve issues Work with carrier partners to identify & resolve issues Identify areas of opportunities to enhance customer experience related to small parcel Support Account Team Members on customer requests Qualifications and Requirements: The right candidate must possess: Experience in billing utilizing complex systems Experience in small parcel and e-commerce Be a true problem-solver – “Leave no stone unturned” Be relentless and work with a sense of urgency Have direct e-commerce experience, not just as a customer Be analytical, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Demonstrate empathy and an articulate communicator with cross-functional teams Have experience in small parcel with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHLeC, USPS, and other carriers Ideal candidate will have experience in domestic AND cross-border shipments Excel: Advanced Skills required Qualifications H.S. diploma/GED required Computer literate with general knowledge of software to include Microsoft Office Suite required Job Category Credit & Collections Compensation Information: The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
