Bachelor's degree, 5+ years technical recruiting experience, advanced sourcing skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Description: • conduct full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, moving candidates forward through the requisition, offer and onboard stages of the process • maintain excellent relationships with various levels throughout the organization including Senior Leaders, Managers, and candidates • create a positive team member experience • act as a mentor and lead by example for other recruiters Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle technical recruiting • advanced knowledge of candidate market • experience successfully recruiting in a fast-paced environment for software or technically niche roles • advanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniques • advanced knowledge in a wide range of existing and emerging sourcing skills Benefits: • health insurance • retirement plans • paid time off • flexible work arrangements • professional development
