The Mission: This is a full-time remote position for a Managing Director (MD)/Director at Ryan Miller & Associates Executive Search in our Artificial Intelligence recruiting segment. You will help develop our unique approach to AI recruitment. We focus not on Technical AI developers nor Data Scientists but on professionals who know how to implement AI solutions for companies in the Financial Services sectors, which has been RMA's core client constituency for over 30 years. The Person We Seek: While we seek a person who has been in Executive Search our focus is on personal qualities not years of experience. You must be able to develop business and recruit top-quality candidates.
