Job Description: Scope: Provide a safe, productive, comfortable, and clean working environment for the building occupants. Some things you can expect to do: Replace lamps as required in a timely manner. Perform plumbing repairs Perform repairs and adjustments to doors, locks, and hardware Preform painting and patching of walls, floors, ceilings as necessary Respond to HVAC related requests, identify issues, make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems Police property/building grounds, public areas, parking lots, roof; remove debris on a daily basis; perform seasonal outside duties as required. Maintain mechanical rooms, utility rooms and vacant areas in a neat and clean condition. Complete work orders as assigned on a daily/weekly basis. Participate in on-call, after-hours and weekend rotation. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Basic computer skills required Positive, helpful attitude at all times when interacting with building occupants Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well and efficiently on a team Excellent customer service skill Candidate Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent.
