We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. • Serve as the lead point of contact for all Carrier Visibility across all 40+ Managed Trans accounts representing all carriers/modes of transport. • Partner with Sr. management teams to assess current processes, carrier integrations, and identify process improvement opportunities including project ideas and solutions. • Organize teams and drive improvement projects around under-performing process from Carriers, Customers, Tech, and/or Shipping Locations. • Track overall progress and report out to Sr. Leadership across all accounts the impact to our customer experience being sold. • Serve as a change agent for culture change and the use of leadership standard work at all levels of the organization. • Explore and identify new ways to drive revenue or eliminate waste across all accounts/carriers/modes within Managed Trans. • Strong analytical and presentation skills required to present to senior leaders of company Does this sound like you?
