Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RxBenefits, Inc. is focused on fostering strong relationships between the company, its employees, and the community. The Community Engagement Intern will support the Community Engagement Manager in planning outreach initiatives, developing partnerships, and ensuring programs address community needs. Responsibilities • Work with the CEM to identify and execute city service project opportunities for RxBenefits employees. This will include determining priority cities, nonprofit partner, date, location, volunteer project detail, creating sign up and communication • Coordinate logistics, collaborate with vendors, and ensure events meet organizational goals and community needs as directed • Work with internal teams to design and execute community programs and initiatives including ERGS, Departments, etc. Gather feedback from participants to continually improve and adapt programs • Assist with the creation, design and content of the monthly Community Engagement Newsletter to be distributed to all RxBenefits employees • Maintain current information on the RxBGivesBack site (Benevity) including creation of sign-up links, monthly header, and news articles • Maintain communication and respond to employee needs through the Community Engagement inbox Skills • Support the Community Engagement Manager in planning and executing community outreach initiatives • Develop partnerships and maintain software programs • Ensure programs effectively address community needs and concerns • Identify and execute city service project opportunities for RxBenefits employees • Determine priority cities, nonprofit partner, date, location, volunteer project detail • Create sign up and communication for city projects • Coordinate logistics for events and collaborate with vendors • Ensure events meet organizational goals and community needs • Work with internal teams to design and execute community programs and initiatives • Gather feedback from participants to improve and adapt programs • Assist with the creation, design and content of the monthly Community Engagement Newsletter • Maintain current information on the RxBGivesBack site (Benevity) • Create sign-up links, monthly header, and news articles for the site • Maintain communication and respond to employee needs through the Community Engagement inbox Company Overview • RxBenefits is a health and wellness company that provides pharmacy benefits and administration services.
