Join our dynamic Revenue Operations team as the Director of Pharmacy Analytics and Revenue Operations. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the Strategic Pharmacy Analyst (SPA) function, collaborating closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, which includes Business Development (BD) and Account Management (AM). This is your chance to make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving pharmacy benefits landscape by delivering precise analyses and insights, communicating effectively, and ensuring operational consistency. As a key liaison and advocate for BD and AM, you'll engage in cross-functional discussions about critical market events, pricing changes, formulary updates, utilization trends, and operational impacts. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential as you guide your team through shifting priorities with agility and confidence. In this role, you'll be responsible for the growth, performance, and engagement of your SPA team, driving them toward delivering accurate analytical insights and ensuring they are prepared for upcoming changes. You will manage service level agreements (SLAs), maintain operational focus amidst market changes, and clearly communicate complex topics to your teams and leaders. Essential Responsibilities include: • People Leadership & Development • Lead, mentor, and nurture SPA managers and analysts, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and inclusivity. • Set and reinforce high expectations for quality and responsiveness through regular coaching and performance reviews. • Balance workloads effectively across BD and AM, adapting priorities as business conditions evolve. • Develop future leaders through structured mentoring and professional development initiatives. • Cross-Functional Advocacy • Represent BD and AM in discussions with Pricing & Analytics, Clinical, Product, and other departments. • Translate strategic decisions into clear actionable guidance for the SPA team and GTM stakeholders. • Lead comprehensive communication efforts to keep BD, AM, and SPA teams aligned and prepared for market changes. • Operational Excellence • Establish and uphold quality standards for analytics and documentation, ensuring accurate insights. • Drive accuracy in repricing analyses, formulary evaluations, and other key outputs. • Identify and resolve recurring issues through systematic root-cause analysis. • Service Level Management • Manage SLAs for analyses and deliverables, monitoring performance for continuous improvement. • Maintain an up-to-date readiness plan that outlines necessary training and communication timelines. • Process Improvement & Data Governance • Collaborate with Revenue Operations leadership to enhance SPA tools and workflows. • Ensure Salesforce accuracy and adherence to data governance standards. • Create standardized templates and processes for efficient operations. • Communication & Alignment • Maintain a consistent operating rhythm with BD and AM leadership for performance insights and risk visibility. • Deliver concise performance summaries to Revenue Operations leadership. • Talent Development & Onboarding • Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs for SPA teams. • Work with resources to facilitate continued education and career development. • Encourage knowledge sharing across SPA teams to foster collective growth. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience leading complex analytics or operations teams, including managing others. • Bachelor's degree required. • Exceptional communication skills with an executive presence, able to simplify complex topics. • In-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefits and PBM analytics. • Ability to establish quality standards and coach teams towards accuracy. • Experience managing SLAs and operational performance dashboards. • Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of Salesforce. • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across various departments. Preferred Skills & Experience: • Advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits or related analytics. • Experience improving tools and automation for greater efficiency. • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau. • Background in developing training programs for analytical teams. • Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive approach.
