This role works closely with the Lead Digital Product Manager and cross functional partners to enhance adoption, improve content and experience consistency, and contribute to product roadmap development across our member portal, agent desktop, and broker/client portal. The Digital Product Manager plays a key role in gathering insights, shaping recommendations, supporting product storytelling, and ensuring that our digital products evolve in alignment with user needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about advocating for members, clients, brokers, and other key healthcare stakeholders, and brings a user-centered mindset to every idea, opportunity, and strategy. • *Focus Platforms:** Agent desktop, broker/client portal _Essential Job Responsibilities Include:_ + **Creates user-centered, value-driven product roadmaps** for 1-2 digital products, in collaboration with experience strategists, researchers, and the Lead Digital Product Manager. + **Creates compelling future state visions** for key digital products, helping articulate clear and compelling narratives. + **Leads cross-functional prioritization workshops**, capturing insights and helping organize feature recommendations. + **Provide recommendations to improve content and design**, grounded in human-centered design best practices. + **Assist with digital adoption efforts**, including email and text message campaigns. + **Collaborate with marketing** to review and refine content across digital portals. + **Defines digital goals for our digital assets**, monitoring performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement. + **Support communication of product updates** to customer-facing teams and leadership in partnership with the Lead Digital Product Manager and Sr. Director. + **Identify new feature opportunities**, assessing user value, brand alignment, and competitive insights. + **Gather and synthesize data** to support business cases, product recommendations, and roadmap decisions. + **Translate insights, ideas, and complex concepts** into clear, user-centered communications for diverse audiences. + **Build strong partnerships across teams**, advocating for human-centered design and contributing to multidisciplinary project work. _Required Skills / Experience:_ + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, design strategy, or equivalent experience. + 5-7+ years of experience in product strategy, product program management, experience design strategy, digital strategy, or related fields. + Strong communication skills, including experience creating presentations and summarizing recommendations. + Demonstrated experience supporting digital product roadmaps and go to market efforts. _Preferred Skills/Experience:_ + Knowledge of or experience within healthcare. + Experience with both B2C and B2B digital products. + Exposure to product management and/or product marketing. + Experience incorporating new technologies (e.g., AI) into digital product recommendations. + Master's degree in business, design strategy, or related field. _Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $111,200_ _to $139_ _,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations.
