Our culture is grounded in Rx4good’s values of Excellence, Impact, Exploration, Collaboration, and Doing What’s Humanly Possible. Position overview Rx4good’s Strategy & Innovation practice connects our patient-first approach to clear strategic choices, faster execution, and measurable outcomes. We combine strategy, research, analytics, and responsible use of technology (including AI) to surface patterns, prioritize what matters, and improve how work gets done across teams and across markets. From insight-to-action planning and message strategy to measurement frameworks and AI-enabled synthesis, we help clients move from “we should” to “we did.” The Director, Analytics Innovation, is a hands-on analytic leader who translates complex inputs into structured insights and actionable recommendations. You will lead analytic workstreams across priority engagements, design practical workflows and tools, and partner with client teams to deliver consistent, defensible outputs. You will also support responsible adoption of emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools) to enhance quality and speed while maintaining accuracy and trust. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead insight development and analytics execution across client engagements • Translate disparate inputs (e.g., qualitative and quantitative research, engagement metrics, program metrics, landscape data) into structured findings and clear recommendations with implications and next steps. • Lead analytic workstreams on priority client engagements, shaping the approach, validating conclusions, and ensuring outputs are client-ready and defensible. • Develop and implement repeatable analytics workflows that improve speed and consistency across accounts, including templates, analysis structures, QA checks, and documentation. • Build practical tools and reusable assets (e.g., dashboards, trackers, “insight-to-action” formats, measurement views) that teams can integrate into ongoing client work. • Apply consistent standards for data handling, documentation, and output quality to support scalability and reliability. • Contribute to development of decks, client workshops, and planning materials where analytics, technology, and measurement are central components. Partner across functions and teams to elevate our work • Partner with agency operations and practice leadership to evaluate and pilot emerging tools that improve synthesis, pattern detection, and content development, document guidance and guardrails for appropriate use. • Collaborate closely with the Rx4good research team to translate research findings into structured analytic approaches and client-ready outputs, ensuring traceability from insight to recommendation. • Co-create shared templates, workflows, QA checks, and dashboards that reduce rework and improve consistency across teams. • Support client teams in defining measurable outcomes and designing pragmatic approaches to track and report progress. Contribute to agency growth and capability development • Support development and packaging of analytics and AI-enabled capabilities into clearly articulated offerings. • Contribute to new business proposals and pitch materials, shaping the analytics approach, resourcing model, timelines, and tangible deliverables. • Partner with the client leads to identify opportunities for scope expansion by translating analytic needs into clear, structured proposals. • Build and maintain reusable proposal and presentation assets (e.g., case examples, sample outputs, approach slides, measurement frameworks) to support efficient selling and delivery. • Participate in client and prospect meetings to articulate analytic approaches clearly and build confidence in our methods. • Contribute to select thought leadership initiatives and partner evaluations in coordination with practice leadership. QUALIFICATIONS • 8+ years of experience in analytics, insights, research analytics, measurement, or data infrastructure in consulting, agency, or other client-service environments. • Demonstrated ability to lead analytic workstreams and deliver reliable, defensible outputs under time constraints. • Strong applied skills building usable workflows and tools (e.g., spreadsheets/models, dashboards/BI views, SQL and/or Python/R preferred). • Experience applying emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and quality, with sound judgment around accuracy and confidentiality. • Ability to translate analysis into plain-language insights and compelling narratives for senior audiences. • Collaborative working style; comfortable partnering across research, strategy, and client leadership teams. • Familiarity with pharma/biotech, patient advocacy, patient engagement, healthcare communications, or similar regulated environments.
