About the Role The Associate Account Executive is an account management professional focused on supporting the growth and maintenance of enterprise-level client accounts under direct supervision of the Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts. This role acts as a partner in customer engagement, day-to-day account operations, and strategic planning, while also providing high-level administrative support. The Associate Account Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, handle tactical assignments, and drive process improvements. This position is remote, with periodic travel (up to 50%) . Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts in managing and growing enterprise-level client accounts, driving operational excellence and account satisfaction. Support and, as assigned, lead customer engagement activities, including meetings, presentations, and business reviews. Collaborate on account management planning and strategy development, with the opportunity to take ownership of select projects or accounts under the guidance of the Account Executive. Prepare and deliver documentation, reporting, and client-facing materials to support effective account management. Contribute to the execution of account plans, performance tracking, and identification of growth opportunities. Who You Are 2-4years in healthcare sales, account management, or client success, ideally in HealthTech, SaaS, or medical device sectors (consider adjusting experience band downward for entry roles). Experience supporting complex client accounts and multi-functional teams. Experience in account strategy, data analysis, and professional presentations. Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of professional experience. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Strong organization, reliability, and detail orientation. Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), basic data analysis, and reporting. Proactive, ambitious, and adaptable to change.
