Position Summary: Reporting to the Director and/or President, the Program Manager oversees strategic and operational execution of the Patient Support Program (PSP). This role ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and patient-centric service delivery while managing the account team and acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for PSP operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and organizational objectives. • Manage and mentor the Associate Program Manager and reimbursement team to foster a high-performing environment. • Oversee program implementation for new product launches and ensure seamless integration with pharmacy services. • Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting metrics, and compliance standards for PSP activities. • Act as the primary point of contact for ophthalmology programs, coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance partners. • Ensure accurate and timely reimbursement processes, including prior authorizations and formulary management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient experience and program scalability. • Up to 20–30% travel within Canada may be required. • Perform other duties as assigned to support PSP objectives. Qualifications and Skills: • Licenced RPN/RN or Pharmacist in Ontario. • 5–7 years of experience in PSP management preferred. • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes, insurance billing, and regulatory compliance. • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with pharmacy software (e.g., Kroll). • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong time management and organizational skills. • Commitment to ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
