The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Description • Support the President and Chief Development Officer of the Foundation • Provide support to the Board of Trustees as Assistant Secretary as well as preparing the board meeting • Ensure that office management is efficient at all times Responsible for: • All Board of Trustee communication that includes serving as Assistant Secretary, overseeing the preparation of the board materials ensuring that notices, agendas, reports, resolutions and motions are available to the trustees • Create and maintain an orientation manual for all new board of trustees • Coordinate board of trustee retreats • Manage the President and Chief Development Officers Calendar that includes prioritizing schedules and arranging complex travel itineraries • Supports President and Chief Development Officers efforts in LNJ related activities • Supports Investment, Executive, Governance, Engagement and Finance Committee Meetings • Upload all documentation for any of the above meetings into the Diligent Portal for the respective meetings • Provides Office Management and organizes office supplies that includes supervising and processing check requests and timesheets • As a New Jersey Notary, notarize any paperwork that requires notarizing Benefits and Perks: At RWJBarnabas Health, our employees are at the heart of everything we do.
