The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: To assist managers with maintaining the daily functions of the Home Friend program Qualification Required: • Two year experience working with older adults and the disabled. • NJ Drivers Licenece • High School diploma. • Exceptional interpersonal skills. • Extensive computer skills. Preferred: Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable): • N/A Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions): • Full-Time • Day • 8:30am - 4:30pm Essential Functions: • Perform in home assessments to older adults and disabled. • Dispatch home friend workers into the homes of clients. • Prepare data for monthly reports to be delivered to the Essex County Division of Senior Services. • Assist manager with home friend staff. • Perform in home light chore services when home friend worker is not available to service their clients. • Assist manager with Volunteer Services as needed.
