Bringing Intelligence to your Supply Chain. About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your role is crucial in providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires fluency in English and a genuine passion for helping others. What You'll Do • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing clear and concise instructions. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. • Collaborate with team members and share insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and relevant industry trends. • Deliver empathetic, patient, and understanding communication to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Qualifications • Fluency in English, with exceptional written communication skills. • 1+ years of experience in a similar customer support or chat-based role preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. • Proficiency with customer support software, CRM tools, or live chat platforms is a plus. • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to work. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
