Full Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Insights Director to lead data-driven decision-making and strategic intelligence initiatives across the organization. This remote leadership role is responsible for transforming complex data and market signals into actionable insights that guide executive strategy, business growth, and operational performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business strategy experience, enabling them to translate research, analytics, and market intelligence into clear strategic recommendations. This role will work closely with executive leadership, analytics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape long-term strategic direction and identify emerging opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of strategic insights that support executive decision-making and long-term organizational planning • Analyze complex business, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Design and oversee strategic research initiatives including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarking • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate data findings into actionable strategic recommendations • Build and manage frameworks for forecasting, scenario planning, and performance measurement • Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and executive presentations communicating strategic insights • Partner with analytics, product, finance, and operations teams to align insights with organizational goals • Identify innovation opportunities and emerging trends that can influence future business growth • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and relevance of analytical outputs and reporting Required Qualifications • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Strategy, or related field • 7+ years of experience in strategic analysis, business intelligence, consulting, or corporate strategy • Strong expertise in data analytics, business modeling, and strategic planning frameworks • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and executive-level recommendations • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives in a remote environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with a valid U.S. work permit Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading strategic initiatives in technology, consulting, finance, or data-driven organizations • Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced forecasting techniques • Experience presenting strategic insights directly to executive leadership or board-level stakeholders • Experience managing remote or distributed teams What We Offer • Fully remote work environment • Flexible work schedule • Access to cutting-edge data and analytics tools • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities • Collaborative and innovation-focused culture.
