Job Description RVS EXPRESS INC is a growing trucking company looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Head of Sales to build and lead our sales department from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for sales strategy, customer acquisition, and building an internal sales team. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy for trucking services • Acquire and manage relationships with shippers and brokers • Build sales processes, scripts, and CRM pipelines • Hire, train, and manage inside sales representatives • Set and track sales KPIs (calls, emails, booked loads, margins) • Coordinate daily with dispatch and operations • Maintain pricing discipline and profitable lanes • Grow long-term and contract freight accounts Requirements • 3+ years of experience in trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage sales • Experience building or managing a sales team • Strong understanding of freight rates, lanes, margins, and market conditions • Experience with CRM systems • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven • Strong communication and leadership skills Compensation • Competitive base salary + commission / performance bonus • Opportunity to build and lead the sales department • Long-term growth potential within the company • Flexible work structure (remote / hybrid) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.96 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote
