Job Overview – Social Media & Customer Support Specialist RVP Supply is a fast-growing automotive e-commerce brand specializing in performance-focused accessories and custom lighting solutions. We sell primarily through TikTok Shop and Shopify and work closely with creators, affiliates, and customers nationwide. We are looking for a Social Media & Customer Support Specialist to help manage our social platforms, engage with our community, and provide timely, professional customer support. This role is ideal for someone who understands social-first e-commerce, has strong communication skills, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining our brand voice, supporting customers before and after purchase, and helping our social presence stay active and responsive. What You’ll Be Doing (High-Level) • Manage and respond to comments, DMs, and messages across social platforms • Handle customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, product questions, and basic troubleshooting • Maintain a professional, direct, and brand-consistent tone in all communication • Assist with posting and scheduling social content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) • Monitor conversations and flag issues that need escalation • Help keep response times fast and customer satisfaction high Who This Role Is For • Someone experienced with social media + customer interaction • Familiar with TikTok Shop, Instagram, or e-commerce brands • Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple conversations at once • Able to follow clear guidelines but also think independently • Strong written communication skills (English) Position Details • Part-time or Full-time (with opportunity to grow) • Training, guidelines, and workflows provided • Long-term opportunity with a growing brand • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
