We’re early, we’re expanding, and we’re looking for a true A player who wants to help build something meaningful while growing into a long term leadership role. Position Title Market Development Manager About This Full Time Growth Opportunity This is a full time sales role for a true hunter who is excited by growth, ownership, and building something from the ground up. This is a weekly stipend plus commission position with meaningful upside and a clear path to leadership. From day one, you will have momentum. You will step into available accounts immediately, while also owning the responsibility of opening and developing new high potential accounts across your territory. This role is designed for someone who wants a lane to run in, real responsibility, direct access to ownership, and a clear connection between effort, results, and long term opportunity. What You’ll Do • Open and develop high volume on premise and off premise accounts. • Build long term relationships that drive repeat orders and real velocity. • Own your territory with autonomy, intention, and strategy. • Plan your weeks and routes in advance for maximum efficiency. • Execute tastings, placements, and in market activations. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline. • Use CRM and data to guide decisions and improve performance. • Bring ideas, strategies, and improvements consistently. • Help shape sales systems, standards, and culture as we grow. This role is expected to evolve into leading and building a sales team. What Success Looks Like Consistently opening quality accounts that reorder. Building a dependable pipeline that converts. Growing territory sales through disciplined weekly execution. Becoming a trusted partner to accounts and a leader within the company. Who Succeeds in This Role You are: A hunter who loves people and loves opportunity. Growth minded, curious, and self driven. Highly organized and proactive. Comfortable walking into cold accounts and building from zero. Motivated by long term impact, not just short term wins. Energized by accountability, competition, and improvement. Excited to grow into leadership and help build a team. This Role Is Not for You If You need warm inbound leads to feel productive. You prefer comfort over growth. You use limiting language. You don’t like being measured weekly. You struggle with follow through or accountability. You want to be managed instead of trusted. You aren’t genuinely excited about Ruzzo, the brand, and the mission. Farmer mentality will not succeed in this role. Hunter mentality with humility is required. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship building skills. Reliability and ownership of your territory and goals. Beverage, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Hunger, integrity, and follow through matter most. Reliable transportation and good driving record. Must be 21 plus years old for alcohol sampling. Compensation & Next Steps Compensation - Weekly stipend plus commission with meaningful upside.
