Remote Opportunity for LATAM-Based Candidates | Full-Time | Independent Contractor | $500-$700 USD/month We're hiring a Recruiter! Are you a great communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building strong teams? We're looking for a Jr. Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote, independent contractor role - ideal for someone in Latin America eager to grow their career in recruitment while working with a global team. What You'll Do: • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating). • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams. • Help maintain smooth workflows and a great candidate experience. • Take part in team-building and hiring strategy discussions. • Bring energy and creativity to a fast-moving, people-first environment. What We're Looking For: • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency is required). • A "people person" with a proactive, team-oriented attitude. • Comfortable with remote work and self-management. • A Bachelor's degree or relevant life experience. • Experience in HR, recruitment, or team coordination is a plus. Location & Schedule: • Location: Fully remote, open exclusively to applicants based in Latin America. • Schedule: This is a full-time role (independent contractor). Contract & Compensation: • 3-month probation period at $500 USD/month. • After a successful probation, up to $700 USD/month with the potential for a longer-term contract. • Contract Type: Independent Contractor.
