We're Hiring: Junior Campaign Manager (Contractor Role - Remote LATAM) $750-$1,000 USD/month | Remote (LATAM-based) | 3-Month Trial to Start Are you a detail-loving problem-solver who thrives on creating structure and keeping things moving? We're looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to support and coordinate our marketing campaigns from behind the scenes-ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and everything runs smoothly. You'll be the operational engine of our campaigns-managing timelines, documentation, and processes that keep the team focused and projects on track. What You'll Do As a Junior Campaign Manager, you'll help drive campaign success through: • Project Coordination: Support 1+ campaigns from kickoff to completion, maintaining clear workflows, timelines, and documentation. • Reporting & Analysis: Update weekly reports, track campaign metrics, and help identify performance trends and insights. • Problem-Solving: Proactively flag issues, troubleshoot roadblocks, and support process adjustments when needed. • Process Optimization: Create checklists, flowcharts, and SOPs to improve campaign efficiency and internal coordination. • Quality Control: Ensure CRM data is accurate and campaign materials are reviewed before delivery. • Team Support: Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, and jump into special projects that enhance our campaigns and systems. You're likely to thrive if you're: • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep everything in its right place and follow through on commitments. • Comfortable with Data: Confident using Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables); bonus if you've dabbled in data visualization. • A Clear Communicator: Able to share progress, blockers, and updates effectively across teams. • A Self-Starter: You take initiative, ask smart questions, and keep things moving without needing constant direction. Tools You'll Use Required: • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or Asana) • CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Slack or other internal messaging tools Nice to Have: • Google Data Studio, Looker, or other data viz tools • Notion or Confluence • Client-facing tools like Zoom, Loom The Logistics • Contract Type: Independent contractor • Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates only) • Compensation: $750/month to start, with a performance-based increase up to $1,000/month after 3 months • Language: English fluency required Interested?
