Posting Summary Rutgers School of Nursing is seeking a Program Assistant for the Center for Clinical Learning, located in Newark, NJ . The Program Assistant provides general support by maintaining databases of all required clinical placement logistics. Assists with the administrative and office management activities associated with clinical placements, student clinical requirements, and clinical/student tracking databases. The incumbent typically works at a high degree of independence and uses initiative to carry out regular assignments in accordance with established policies and procedures. Duties include • Maintains all of the clinical databases daily • Assists with onboarding of nursing students at clinical sites • Collaborates with clinical operations team in updating semester schedules accurately and timely. • Assists with adjunct faculty hiring process.
