Inventory/Supply Chain Coordinator/E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist - Must be local to the Hebron, KY/Northern, KY area. Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to work with one of our largest e-commerce/retail online clients. This role is working onsite in Hebron, KY. Apply Now! Pay: $21.17 per hour on W2 Duration: 6 month contract, possible extension Location: Hebron, KY - onsite Job Description: Group: GFO Global Field Operations Supply Chain Avengers Team Top 3 Skills: • supply chain • inventory management • business administration REQUIRED SKILLS: • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related field • Experience with order processing and purchase order management systems, using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or inventory management software • Demonstrated experience working with global teams and managing cross-region logistics operations • Track record of implementing process improvements in a fast-paced supply chain environment Responsibilities • Should have strong communication and organizational skills. • Primary responsibilities: This person will be instrumental to the buying team by managing and executing all the tasks related to as in creation. This involves intense and repetitive communication with vendors, image center and our fulfillment center community. • Also pulling data queries, working on large amounts of data in Excel, and ad hoc reporting as needed. • The ideal candidates will have a background in retail or e-commerce. • They must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is essential. • Successful candidates must be highly organized and have good computer skills (Excel and Word). • The ability to solve problems using creative thinking and innovation are a plus. • They must be decisive, able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
