Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (III) Location: Playa Vista, CA (Hybrid – On-site Tuesday to Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard PST Business Hours Role Overview The Strategic Partnerships Development Manager will play a key role in managing and expanding strategic relationships within the Quantum AI division. This position focuses on partnership development, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship builder who excels in fast-paced, high-impact environments and is skilled in managing complex, high-value partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end partner and supplier experience, including deal integration, contract negotiation, and account planning. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure strong collaboration and alignment. • Drive partner strategy and opportunity prospecting through market research, data analysis, and industry insights. • Manage partner engagement by tracking business metrics, developing forecasts, and ensuring consistent partner satisfaction. • Advocate for partners internally while ensuring product and service excellence. • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute agreements, resolve issues, and deliver measurable impact. Minimum Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within one or more of the following industries: Consumer Electronics, Automotive, OEM, Telecom, E-commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology. • Experience collaborating with C-level executives and stakeholders across all levels of management. • Demonstrated success in managing agreements and strategic partnerships. Preferred Qualifications • Educational or professional background in a science or engineering field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or AI/ML) is a strong plus but not required.
