Job Title: Product Operations Specialist (II) Location: San Francisco CA - Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote) Duration: 9-10 months contract In this role, you will work with the Platforms and Devices Strategy & Operations team. P&D StratOps delivers results for our users, products, and businesses through a deep understanding of the business grounded in independent, data-driven perspectives. You will work on the Go to Market Insights team, driving consumer insights to help drive adoption of our hardware portfolio, including Client Product. You will work primarily with Global Brand stakeholders, as well as Creative and Channel teams. This role is a consumer insights role, backfilling for someone on leave. Coverage timing is mid-December 2025 through mid-September 2026. The role requires a deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover insights to help shape how we market Client Product to consumers. You will be working closely with the Global Brand team for Client Product, helping uncover cultural and consumer insights about Client Product’s target audience through qual, quant, and secondary methodologies. You will work with Brand and Creative, synthesizing and designing research to explore upcoming campaign concepts, messaging, and other content through focus groups, IDIs, and surveys. You will also explore and test various ways to use AI in our research process and help guide stakeholders on appropriate use. Your influence will extend across Marketing and Sales, helping educate teams on our target audience and brand insights. Your collaboration will be wide, working with other members of the Insights & Analytics team, Platforms (Android) Insights team, the Measurement & Analytics team (who run tracking studies such as brand tracking), and the Regional insights teams (EMEA & APAC) Not only will you run your own research, but you will help make sense of research in context of other insights and data to provide strategic thought partnership to stakeholder teams. Minimum Qualifications (MQs): • Experience driving marketing impact by partnering with senior stakeholders and providing them with relevant and key insights and research to shape consumer marketing go-to-market plans, campaign launch strategies and campaign creative briefs. • Experience running insights workshops for stakeholders to help them integrate insights into their strategies. • Experience with translating ambiguous business challenges into testable hypotheses that can be explored with research. • Experience synthesizing and upleveling complex data analysis and research into simple actionable business insights. • Experience managing external research vendors • Experience managing complex stakeholder organizations. • 8 years in primary marketing research and/or consumer insights • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative marketing research projects, including design, fielding, analysis, and reporting • Experience influencing audiences at various levels, including building story-driven decks synthesizing insights and recommendations for audiences at various levels • At least 5 years working on / closely supporting a Marketing team Preferred Qualifications (PQs): • Familiarity with creative testing for marketing campaigns, and developing marketing go-to-market plans. • Experience programming surveys in Qualtrics, Decipher, Suzy, Prodege, etc • Experience in brand marketing/ brand strateg Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors
