Position Title: Media Operations Coordinator Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Burbank, CA, United States Pay Range: 28.00/hr.-$34.00/hour Position Overview The Media Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing creative asset deliverables and supporting communication between internal creative, marketing, and production teams. This role ensures that all deliverables are met on schedule and that the appropriate teams are informed of key milestones and asset availability. Key Responsibilities • Set and distribute weekly deadlines for internal teams, including A/V Creative, Finishing, Creative Content, and Digital Marketing. • Communicate effectively through follow-up emails and phone calls to ensure alignment and progress. • Oversee creative asset deliverables, ensuring timely updates and availability of materials. • Manage and support assets using internal systems such as digital asset management platforms and shared drives. • Serve as the key point of contact for scheduling media rotation meetings with Marketing and cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Research, Publicity, and Media. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of all creative and operational workflows. Qualifications Basic Qualifications • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Experience working with digital asset management systems (e.g., DDS, BOX, or similar). • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating meetings across teams and departments. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in media operations, creative services, or marketing coordination within the entertainment industry. Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS).
