Operations Analyst job at Russell Tobin & Associates. New York, NY. What are we looking for in our Operations Analyst? Russell Tobin's client, a food ordering and delivery company is hiring for an Operations Analyst to work remotely We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support our assortment, imagery, description, and pricing for menu items. You'll be focused on updating and tracking item quality across the restaurant marketplace. You will have the opportunity to work with product and partnerships teams to drive the long-term strategy. Apply Today! Employment Type: Contract W2 Non-Exempt Location: Remote Pay rate: $30- $42/hr. DOE Responsibilities: • Building reporting to understand current state of items on restaurant menus as well as track item quality metrics • Implementing bulk menu update processes including photo, description, and item changes at scale. • Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are following procedures and best practices. • Tracking progress against key business objectives including sales volume, AOV impact, and attachment rate • Complete ad hoc menu requests aligning with business objectives. • Streamlining processes when optimizations are available .
