About the Role Design, plan, and oversee seasonal flower rotations in your territory. Work closely with our operations teams, manage installations, and ensure every site reflects the quality and creativity Russell Landscape is known for. Role FAQs How many accounts will I directly manage? Account load varies by territory, but you will manage no fewer than 50 accounts. What does success look like in the first 90 days? You will be given clear goals upon hire. Early success comes from learning your properties, building strong client relationships, and confidently selling and managing your color program. What design or scheduling platforms are used? All design, scheduling, routing, and QC tasks are completed through our custom internal platform (no AutoCAD/SketchUp required). How early are plants sourced for seasonal rotations? We manage inventory throughout the growing season. Preferred growers receive rough counts in advance; final orders for each custom design are placed 20–48 hours before installation and delivered directly to the job site. How are plant shortages or last-minute changes handled? Our team works closely with growers to minimize shortages. When unavoidable, the Operations Manager works with you to approve substitutions before changes are made. Key Responsibilities Design & Planning • Create custom seasonal color designs for summer and winter • Develop proposals and select plant varieties based on site needs • Stay current with seasonal trends and best practices Installation & Execution • Oversee soil prep, planting, irrigation adjustments, and layout accuracy • Coordinate materials, staging, and logistics • Ensure high-quality and efficient installations Quality & Maintenance • Perform regular site inspections (approx. 3 days/week) • Oversee watering, fertilizing, deadheading, and replacements • Identify and address pest, disease, and environmental issues Communication • Present designs to account managers and clients • Provide updates on timelines, materials, and site performance • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and support teams Qualifications • Experience with seasonal color, landscape design, or commercial landscaping • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines • Valid driver’s license Why Join Russell Landscape? • Competitive pay & growth potential • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays & PTO • Supportive, family-oriented company culture Ready to create something beautiful?
