This is a strategic leadership role ideal for an accomplished sales professional with dealership experience who thrives on driving performance, mentoring talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do: • Strategically lead daily showroom operations for both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process. • Drive performance metrics by coaching, developing, and holding your sales team accountable to individual and store-wide targets. • Serve as the go-to expert in deal structuring, F&I integration, and customer negotiation-personally assisting in closing complex or high-value deals. • Monitor and optimize floor traffic coverage and team deployment to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction. • Partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. • Champion a customer-first approach while maintaining profitability and efficiency across the sales process.
