About Us Rumble Boxing Princeton is more than a workout—it’s an experience. We’re looking for a rockstar Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team and bring the Rumble energy to every class. The Role As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you’re the first smile people see when they walk through our doors and the last “high-five” they get on the way out. You set the tone for the experience, drive sales, and create an environment that keeps people coming back for more. What You’ll Do •Deliver an unforgettable, hospitality-first experience for every guest and member. •Drive membership and retail sales through confident conversations, follow-ups, and community engagement. •Handle check-ins, bookings, phone calls, and studio tours with professionalism and enthusiasm. •Keep the studio floor and front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready. •Support events, activations, and social media moments to grow the Princeton Rumble community. •Work closely with our coaches and management team to hit monthly goals and deliver on our brand promise. What We’re Looking For •Outgoing, high-energy, people-first personality. •Strong communication and sales skills (comfortable talking to strangers and closing sales). •Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. •Flexible availability—including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events. •Passion for fitness, boxing, or movement (bonus points if you’re already part of a fitness community). Hourly Rate and Time Commitment •Our Front Desk sales associate role pays out at $16 an hour plus commission • This role offers 15 to 30 hours weekly
