Projects include creating intuitive user experiences, developing backend services for PHI data, and implementing workflow automations.
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years of production experience with React and Typescript. Experience in leading large frontend projects and a passion for engineering quality are essential.

About the Role In the Provider Experience team, our mission is to simplify life for Rula’s providers (therapists). We develop tools and experiences that alleviate their administrative burdens, allowing them to concentrate on delivering high-quality care. Our projects include creating intuitive user experiences to boost productivity, developing backend services for securely storing highly-compliant PHI data, and implementing complex workflow automations to support our clinical operations. We’re seeking a passionate, mission-driven, frontend-focused senior engineer who can work across our entire stack. Required Qualifications 4+ years of related professional experience in software engineering building modern web applications. 2+ years of Production experience with React & Typescript. Experience leading large frontend projects: designing, planning, estimating, work breakdown, collaboration with multiple engineers, releasing. Ability to operate full-stack. Passion for engineering quality. Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
