About the Role We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to join a supportive, high-performing team that thrives on clear communication, shared goals, and continuous improvement. As a key player within our partnerships department, this person will manage client needs while also owning the analyses that drive insight, transparency, and informed decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally to turn data into meaningful stories that strengthen partnerships and guide process improvements. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, utilizing data to identify opportunities, and creating solutions that positively impact our clients. Required Qualifications 5+ years working with external partners in account management, account delivery, or solutions consultants roles Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including but not limited to reviewing and manipulating data in Google sheets, Excel, or Looker to determine process improvement initiatives. Must have experience creating or pulling your own data Excellent executive presence and communication skills. Past experience communicating with external customers and executive stakeholders Organizational skills; ability to project manage priorities across multiple stakeholders Ability to gather “customer requirements”, work internally to determine what is available, and synthesize any actions needed for internal audiences Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
