You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and delivery of new ACARS ground stations. You will combine project management expertise with strong technical knowledge of ACARS systems, circuits delivery and networking technologies. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure that all ground station installations meet performance, timeline, and budgetary requirements. What YOU Will Do Serve as project technical lead for the deployment, modernization and relocation needs of ACARS datalink services group. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners within and outside of the organization. Provide financial oversight of projects. Managing quotes, purchase orders and vendor requirements Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively manages changes and escalations. Participate in designing and documenting process solutions. What YOU will learn: How to navigate and influence complex aviation and telecommunications ecosystems. New insights into ACARS, network delivery technologies, and datalink infrastructure across a global footprint. Leadership skills in driving stakeholder alignment and managing multi-vendor, cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications You Must Have: · Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Prior experience managing projects in aviation, or telecommunications, or a related domain Qualifications We Prefer: Fluent in Spanish (bilingual). Prior experience managing telecommunications or network deployment projects involving MPLS, DIA, circuits delivery, or ACARS-related technologies. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military experience) in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related aviation field. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent). The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
