As a Supply Chain Proposal Analyst on the Centralized Proposal Team you will work closely with the Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) team and gain valuable insights into other supply chain functions at Raytheon. Throughout your time, you will gain a broad foundational understanding of Raytheon OSC that will help to accelerate your career. The analyst’s work will have a direct impact on Raytheon’s competitive posture in the defense market and on customer satisfaction. What You Will Do: Issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to suppliers, track responses, and evaluate quotes to ensure compliance with government regulations, public laws, and company policies and procedures. Analyze supplier cost and pricing data to perform comprehensive price evaluations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to assess supplier proposals. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project/Program Management U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Experience issuing RFXs and receiving supplier data Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the TRUTHFUL COST OR PRICING DATA / Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA). Qualifications We Prefer: Experience working with proposal counterparts and other Supply Chain functions including the Material Program Manager (MPM), Commodity Sourcing Teams, Operations and Product Line Estimating and Pricing (E&P), Finance, Engineering, etc. Experience resolving conflicts and problems quickly and effectively while maintaining independence and ethical behavior. Experience utilizing appropriate analytical techniques to determine reasonableness of supplier proposals. Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel. Experience working with limited supervision and taking ownership of a work scope with multiple competing priorities. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
