Job Description: • Recommend dashboards and performance metrics that support enterprise operational cadences. • Analyze cadence performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and risks; recommend data‑driven corrective actions. • Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports for senior leadership. • Translate operational performance metrics into insights that support decision-making across programs. • Develop analytics to identify supplier performance gaps, risks, and opportunities, supporting munitions acceleration and capacity growth programs. • Partner with Supplier Performance and Capacity Growth Office teams to create data-driven views of supplier readiness, throughput, and forecasted constraints. • Create clear, concise visuals and analysis demonstrating supply chain value to executive stakeholders. • Support supplier health assessments through trend analysis, predictive modeling, and root-cause analytical support. • Provide analytical support for negotiation strategies, including cost modeling, benchmarking, should‑cost analysis, and scenario modeling. • Quantify financial impacts of Courses of Action (COAs) supporting cross-functional cost reduction initiatives. • Track realized and projected savings, ensuring consistent communication of progress to leadership teams. • Provide timely, accurate reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with enterprise operational and financial objectives. Requirements: • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience. • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. • Strong experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics within a matrixed organization. • Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel). • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with supply chain, operations, supplier performance, and financial teams. • Demonstrated experience supporting decisions in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. • Understanding of supply chain processes, supplier performance management, or operational cadence management preferred. • Experience with aerospace/defense supply chain or other complex manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with supplier capacity modeling, throughput analysis, or inventory optimization. • Exposure to cost modeling, financial analysis, or negotiation analytics.
