The following position is to join our RTX, Enterprise Services organization. The Enterprise Services, Business Solutions Process Engineering Lead will lead process metric development and analysis across Business Solutions areas and key projects. This role also focuses on the use of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methods and tools to enable Business Solutions to achieve world-class process capabilities, develop capacity plans, and solve the highest impact business problems. What You Will Do Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of end to end process improvements across Business Solutions domains (e.g., Payroll, People Services, Financial Services, Procurement etc…). Establish and maintain standardized process frameworks, documentation, and governance models across shared services. Drive large scale, cross functional transformation and improvement initiatives aligned with the CORE Goal Alignment process across Enterprise Services Business Solutions. Translate business requirements into executable process designs aligned with HRIS, ERP, and digital platforms. Identify and enable opportunities for automation, digitization, and self service solutions. Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and enterprise performance metrics; ensure benefits realization. Ensure process designs support internal controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and risk mitigation. Lead and support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning and training. Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and capability development for process engineering and CORE resources. Travel approximately 25%, or as business needs require. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Technology, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related field) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years experience in process design and analysis, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience in process design and analysis. Prior experience influencing senior leadership and collaborating cross-functionally, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience leading enterprise scale, cross functional transformation initiatives. Minimum of 5 years experience supporting HR Shared Services and/or Financial Services in a global large, complex organization. Six Sigma / Lean Black Belt Certification (or equivalent level of process analysis, quantitative analysis and process design). Qualifications We Prefer Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Minimum of 5 years experience with HRIS and/or ERP systems. Minimum of 5 years experience om deploying advanced technology solutions to digitize workflows. Work Location Remote, with onsite travel as needed. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
