The Raytheon Performance Excellence organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) of Integrated Business Processes to execute efforts within the Life Cycle Program Management team. The Senior Program Manager (Senior PM) selected for this role will be a transformation leader managing the integration of business processes and systems to streamline operations and improve program performance. They will collaborate across Strategic Business Units (SBU) and functions while leading workstreams to deliver transformational capabilities that leverage harmonized frameworks such as RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) with enabled digital technologies spanning the enterprise. Remote Work Location - this position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to a site location as needed. NOTE: The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories) What You Will Do Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy business capabilities that integrate disparate processes, data, and systems for enabling program performance and capacity Collaborate and influence across the business to effect change and integration for consistent and scalable solutions that digitally transform program management Manage requirements, roadmaps, schedules, resources, and governance to meet customer and stakeholder commitments Drive use-cases and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that deliver advanced analytics for predictable program performance Identify critical paths, dependencies, constraints, and develop mitigation plans Create and execute change management strategies across the lifecycle from strategy and development to production and sustainment Support the continuous improvement and sustainment of RLPM principles, concepts and other projects as assigned Travel to participate in domestic business engagements Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years relevant experience Experience leading initiatives while engaging with cross-functional teams and various levels of stakeholders Experience managing program and/or project initiatives (to include execution activity) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
