Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal DevSecOps Pipeline Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure DevSecOps pipelines for mission-critical systems. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to automate, secure, and enhance the software development lifecycle while supporting IT hardware, software, and network systems. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and troubleshoot Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure delivery of advanced aerospace and defense solutions. What You Will Do Manage complex DevSecOps pipelines for embedded systems and declarative pipelines using tools like GitLab or GitHub Actions. Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions. Participate in reviews of software components and systems. Coach, review, and delegate tasks to junior professionals. Follow established development and configuration management processes for software products. Operate in a collaborative SAFe Agile environment. Must have the ability to speak and present elegantly in front of customers. Must be able to work effectively in a consortium environment. Plan, task, and execute work within a DevSecOps (DSO) Pipeline in Crucible. Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% Qualifications You Must Have Experience integrating with JFrog Artifactory or similar for DevSecOps pipelines. Proficient in declarative pipelines (GitLab or GitHub Actions) and containerizing legacy workflows. Programming experience in Bash and Python, including RESTful API integration. Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
